Website terms of use

Rules for using the IDEA HOME website and the services available on it electronically.

§ 1. General provisions

  1. These terms set out the rules for using the IDEA HOME brand website (the "Website"), including the RAKUN and MS. EVERYDAY range pages, and for the provision of services by electronic means in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
  2. The service provider and owner of the Website is Leviatan-Poligrafia Sp. z o.o., Rudawka 88, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 9372235543, KRS 0000128639 (the "Service Provider"). Contact: leviatan@leviatan.pl.
  3. The Website is for information purposes and presents IDEA HOME products. The Website does not sell products. Purchases take place in external shops, including dladomu.sklep.pl, Allegro and Amazon, under the terms set out in their own terms and conditions.
  4. Using the Website is free of charge and does not require registration.

§ 2. Services provided on the Website

  1. The Service Provider provides the following services:
    • browsing the content of the Website, including the product catalogue, inspiration and tips,
    • contact form – sending a message to the Service Provider,
    • newsletter – receiving news and tips at the email address provided,
    • favourites list – saving selected products in the user's browser storage.
  2. The agreement for using the contact form is concluded when the message is sent and ends when the correspondence ends.
  3. The newsletter agreement is concluded for an indefinite period upon sign-up. The user may cancel it at any time without giving a reason – by writing to leviatan@leviatan.pl or using the link in the message.

§ 3. Technical requirements

  1. To use the Website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) with JavaScript enabled.
  2. An active email address is required to use the contact form and newsletter.

§ 4. Rules for using the Website

  1. The user uses the Website in accordance with the law and good practice.
  2. It is prohibited to send unlawful, offensive or advertising content (spam) through the forms.
  3. Availability and product descriptions shown on the Website are for information only. The information in the shop at the time of ordering is binding. Information on the Website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

§ 5. Complaints about the Website's services

  1. Complaints about the operation of the Website and the services in § 2 can be sent to leviatan@leviatan.pl or by post to the Service Provider's address. The complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details.
  2. The Service Provider handles a complaint within 14 days of receipt and replies to the address it was sent from.
  3. Complaints about purchased products are handled by the shop where the purchase was made, in accordance with its terms.

§ 6. Copyright

The Website content – texts, photos, illustrations (including the Raccoon character), logos and layout – is protected by copyright and belongs to the Service Provider or is used with the consent of the rights holders. Copying and distributing it without the Service Provider's consent is prohibited, except for permitted use.

§ 7. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data and information on cookies are described in the Privacy policy.

§ 8. Final provisions

  1. The Service Provider may amend these terms for important reasons, e.g. changes in legislation or in the scope of services. Changes apply from the date of publication on the Website, and newsletter subscribers will be informed by email.
  2. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. These terms do not exclude consumer rights under applicable law.
  3. These terms are available free of charge on this page and can be saved or printed in your browser.

These terms apply from 5 October 2026. In case of doubt, the Polish version prevails.
