Privacy and cookie policy
How we process the personal data of people who use the IDEA HOME website.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Leviatan-Poligrafia Sp. z o.o., Rudawka 88, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 9372235543, KRS 0000128639, owner of the IDEA HOME brand. For matters concerning personal data, write to leviatan@leviatan.pl or by post to our registered office.

Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply to your message or send the newsletter.
3. Who we share data with
- Form provider – form messages reach our inbox via the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co).
- Hosting provider – the website is hosted on the servers of an external provider (Vercel Inc. or GitHub Inc.), which processes server logs.
- dladomu.sklep.pl shop – product photos load from the shop's servers (Shopify platform), which receive your browser's IP address in the process.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. This is done on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
4. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it and object to its processing. You may withdraw consent at any time – this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) or with the supervisory authority in your country.
5. Cookies and browser storage
The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not track visitors. We only use browser storage (localStorage) to remember your list of favourite products and that the cookie notice was closed. This data stays on your device only – we do not send it to ourselves. You can delete it in your browser settings.
The website's fonts are stored on our server, so loading them does not send data to Google. Links to the dladomu.sklep.pl shop, Amazon, Allegro and social media lead to external sites that have their own privacy policies.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, e.g. when we add new website features. The current version is always available on this page. The rules for using the website are set out in the Terms of use.
